SSC - Transportation to DAC Meeting Provided

Dear SSC Members,

As an SSC member, any teacher or other SSC member identified as the DAC representative for your school is entitled to a vote at the DAC meetings. Additionally, all parent and student SSC members are automatic alternate DAC members with voting rights. In our continued effort to support our community and promote valuable DAC participation, we are now providing transportation to the monthly DAC general meetings. We are able to provide busing to the Morse/Lincoln Communities, the Crawford/Hoover Communities, and the Mira Mesa/Kearny Communities.

The bus schedule for each of the areas is outlined below. Please note, in addition to bussing, childcare and Spanish translation are provided at the DAC general meetings.

Morse/Lincoln Bus Schedule:

5:45 PM   Pick up at Morse High, 6905 Skyline Drive

6:05 PM   Pick up at Porter South, 4800 T St

6:30 PM   Arrive at Ballard Parent Center

8:30 PM   Depart Ballard Parent Center

8:50 PM   Arrive Porter South, 4800 T St

9:10 PM   Arrive Morse High, 6905 Skyline Drive

Crawford/Hoover Bus Schedule:

5:45 PM   Pick up at Crawford High, 4191 Colts Way (stop at Sharron Place at Orange Ave, East Side.)

6:05 PM   Clark Middle School, 4388 Thorn St

6:30 PM   Arrive at Ballard Parent Center

8:30 PM   Depart Ballard Parent Center

8:50 PM   Arrive Clark Middle, 43880 Thorn St

9:10 PM   Arrive Crawford High, 4191 Colts Way (stop at Sharron Place at Orange Ave, East Side.)

Kearny/Mira Mesa Bus Schedule:

5:45 PM   Pick up at Hage Elementary, 9750 Galvin Ave

6:05 PM   Pick up at Kearny High 7651 Wellington Way

6:30 PM   Arrive at Ballard Parent Center

8:30 PM   Depart Ballard Parent Center

The DAC general meetings are held once a month on Wednesday evening from 6:30-8:15 p.m. at the Harold J. Ballard Parent Center in Old Town. (2375 Congress Street, San Diego, CA 92110).
